Activity: Alphabet Monster game from Little Family Fun blog

Book: Toot and Puddle: Puddle’s ABC by Holly Hobbie

Activity: Name Caterpillar craft 

For this activity, I provided a sheet of paper, plus die cut circles (one for each letter of their name plus an extra for the head) to each child. They glued the circles onto the paper in a line, drew a face on the caterpillar, wrote one letter of their name in each of the remaining circles, then decorated with markers.
